1. Who we are and what this policy covers
This policy concerns GBA Emulator — 90s Retro Games (Android package com.emulator.gba.gbcfree.gameboyadvance) and this companion website. The app is published on Google Play under the developer name serplabmob, with Ivan Tykhonenko identified in the developer details.
For questions about personal information or to make a privacy request, contact admin@gbaretrogames.name.
2. Website visits and support messages
This website does not have an account registration form, advertising scripts, or analytics scripts added by us. Its pages do not set advertising cookies or store tracking identifiers in your browser.
Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical request information, such as an IP address, browser information, the requested page, and the time of a request, to deliver the website, maintain availability, and prevent abuse. Any hosting-platform sign-in needed to access a restricted preview is handled by that platform under its own privacy policy.
If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond, investigate the reported issue, and handle your request. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
3. The app, advertising, and purchases
The app is offered through Google Play and contains advertising and in-app purchases. App data practices are separate from this website's practices. Third-party advertising components may process device or advertising identifiers, IP addresses, technical device information, and interactions with ads to deliver advertising, measure its performance, and prevent fraud. Processing depends on the components in the app version you use and your applicable privacy settings.
Where Google services are involved, you can read Google's Privacy Policy and its explanation of information received from partner apps and sites. Google Play processes purchases under its own terms and privacy policy. Do not send us your full payment information when requesting purchase support.
You can review permissions granted to the app in Android's app settings and revoke them there. Denying a permission may affect the feature that needs it. This policy does not itself grant permission to access your device.
5. Retention and security
Support correspondence should be kept only for as long as needed to resolve the request, handle follow-up questions, or meet applicable legal obligations. You can ask us to delete correspondence using the address below; information that must be retained for legal reasons may be excluded from deletion.
Infrastructure and third-party service data are subject to the relevant providers' retention practices. Those providers may operate in countries other than your own. Where required, international transfers must be supported by applicable safeguards.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Avoid including sensitive information in routine support messages.
6. Your choices and privacy rights
You can manage browser cookies through your browser settings, review Android app permissions, and use the advertising privacy controls available on your device. Google also provides ad privacy controls. Turning off ad personalization does not necessarily remove advertising or processing needed to deliver ads and prevent fraud.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Send requests to admin@gbaretrogames.name. Explain your request and the information involved. We may need proportionate information to verify that the request is yours. Data held independently by Google or another provider may need to be requested from that provider directly.
7. Children's privacy
The service is not specifically directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information without appropriate authorization, please contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required.
8. Policy changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the service or its data practices. The latest version will appear on this page with an updated date. Where required, material changes will be communicated and any necessary consent requested separately.
